Cynthia Sperberg
When we practice surrender, we align our body, mind, and heart with what is meant for us. We allow for life to move through us and open up to our strength and authenticity through allowing these things to merge.
Repose is about practicing letting go of our grip on how we think things should be, and falling in love with what is.
We practice laying to rest, so that we can come alive!
Come practice with me!
What if learning to grieve is the key to understanding non attachment?
What if rather than being aligned with loss, it is actually more about transformation?

Lets talk about it!
Ultimately, I am working to bring in donations and invest my own person funds into creating a healing space for all in need, regardless of ability to pay.
This place will be a retreat for the living and dying, with ongoing workshops, yoga, somatic arts, literary events, educational events, community gardening, reciprocity based resources and operation, and more.
It will also me a conservation burial ground.
Come be a part of making this happen!
